Godfrey + Maria

A few weeks ago I had the privilege of meeting Godfrey and Maria. These two incredible people (dressed in the same fabric) started sewing in 2001. They are basically self-taught and run a thriving business today, with clients even coming from Cape Town to be dressed by the duo. Their motto is love and communication, which they share in abundance with each other and others. Although they have faced, and still face, many obstacles which many of us would consider to be ‘too big’ to overcome, they still push onwards and upwards, not letting their limitations define what they are capable of producing. Truly inspiring! I wish them all the best in their future endeavours and can only hope to be half as entrepreneurial and driven as these two.
